TE- Best Value Pick: Dalton Schultz, Dallas Cowboys
Dallas Cowboys tight end Dalton Schultz provides great fantasy value on one of the top offenses in the NFL. His numbers have stood up well averaging 14.5 fantasy points per game at the position and in the tight end market, value is extremely important as the selection pool is completely shallow and production can often be extremely volatile.
The second tight end on the Cowboys, Blake Jarwin, does have a propensity to steal touchdowns at times which does cap Schultz’s upside, however high point totals are not expected heabilty from the position. Schultz does supplement his production with a healthy target share as he has had six targets in three out of four games this season.
The Cowboys will take on the New York Giants, a team without linebacker Blake Martinez for the year and already rank No. 29 in fantasy points against tight ends. With Dalton Schultz coming in at modest $4,400 on DraftKings(however $6,200 on FanDuel), he provide good median value at the position.
